OBJECTIVES OF THE WORKSHOP
-  Understand the concept of Financial Planning, Impact on Inflation, Interest Rates and Basic Financial Calculations.
-  Knowledge and able to determine basic calculations of Retirement Planning Tools and Processes.
-  To establish a platform for participants to exercise Financial Planning steps and to analysis personal Financial Planning status.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Participants will be exposed to an overall concept on retirement planning
- Participants are expected to analyze and understand their financial status to be able to plan for their retirement years.

DURATION OF THE WORKSHOP
One day interactive workshop session that introduces retirement planning concept and processes tailored specifically for the target group.

LEARNING METHODOLOGY
This workshop incorporates the use of participative and interactive facilitation techniques, personal reflection, exercises, group discussions, case studies and video presentations to enhance experiential learning.
